In order to have your Las Vegas Wedding or any Nevada Wedding recognized in most foreign countries in the world, you must obtain a special document called an Apostille.  First of all, an Apostille is a shortcut document that certifies a legally signed document, making your marriage valid and recognized in any country that is part of the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961.  If your country is not part of the convention, we can still get your document certified so you can complete your country’s verification process.  If your country is part of the treaty, consequently the Nevada Apostille Service Las Vegas is all you should need.

Since the Certified Marriage Certificate from the County Clerk where you got married is required to obtain the Apostille, we include the Certified Marriage Certificate in our Apostille pricing.  However, we always recommend you check with your local officials to ensure the right documents are obtained for your marriage to be recognized in your country. The Standard Nevada Apostille Service takes 4-6 weeks depending on your country’s Customs and Postal Service.  An Expedited Apostille should take 7 to 10 Business Days.
